What we collect
We collect your mobile number to send OTPs and confirm orders, your name and delivery address to deliver your order, your order history, and basic device info (browser, IP) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- Send and verify OTPs.
- Process and deliver your orders.
- Send delivery and account notifications.
- Detect fraud and prevent abuse.
Permissions in the mobile app
The Stallzo app asks for a few optional permissions. Each is used only for the stated purpose, only when you trigger it, and the app works without granting any of them:
- Location: to auto-fill your delivery pincode and house location when adding an address. You can always type your address in manually instead; ordering never requires location access.
- Camera & photos: only if you choose to attach a photo to a product review or a delivery issue report. We don't scan or read your photo library otherwise.
- Notifications: to send order and delivery updates via push. We store a push token tied to your device for this; you can turn notifications off any time.
Crash & diagnostics
We use Sentry to capture crash reports and technical errors so we can fix bugs. These reports contain device and error details, not the contents of your orders or messages. We do not use any advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't track you across other apps or websites. We don't use your data for marketing without your consent.
Data retention & deletion
Order records are retained as required for tax and compliance (typically 8 years). You can delete your account at any time from the app (Account → Delete account) or on the web at stallzo.com/delete-account. This removes your personal profile and signs you out. You can also email hello@dailyvegs.in.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data. You can withdraw consent. You can complain to a Data Protection Authority. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
