You can permanently delete your Stallzo account and personal data at any time, directly in the app, or by emailing us. This page explains both routes and exactly what is removed.
Delete from the app
The fastest way:
- Open the Stallzo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out on the device.
Request deletion by email
No longer have the app installed? Email hello@dailyvegs.in from the phone number or address on your account, and we will delete it within 7 days.
What we delete
- Your profile: name and phone number
- Saved delivery addresses
- Cart, subscriptions, and saved preferences
- Notification tokens and device identifiers
What we keep
Completed order and invoice records are retained as required for tax and accounting compliance (typically 8 years). These are de-linked from your profile and are not used to contact you.
